By now you’ve probably heard someone you know gush about Pinterest. It’s pretty much the hottest thing on the internet among moms these days. In fact, most of Pinterest’s users are women, and most of those women are moms.
So what’s the big deal? Well, if you start to use Pinterest I think you may find that it almost feels like you are unlocking all the secrets of the-perfect-mom’s universe. You know, that place where that perfect mom learns all her tricks. It’s where she learns to organize like that, decorate like that, cook like that, entertain and teach her kids like that, throw a party like that, and so on. Seriously, it’s all the things you’ve ever wanted to know how to do, and infinite inspiration for the things you never even thought about doing but, ohmygosh, that’s genius!
Pinterest users “pin” all their favorite things on their “boards” and share those things with their “followers.” They can “repin” the things they see on other users’ boards and add them to their own. Great ideas spread fast and new trends are born.
Whatever your interest is, there is likely a Pinterest category for it, so don’t be afraid to check it out. It is still invitation only, but you can request and invite on the main page and join without getting a personal invitation from a friend.
You might go so far as to say that your quality of life improves with Pinterest. That sounds like a gross exaggeration, but if you begin to implement he cool ideas you find on Pinterest into your life you’ll probably feel your lifestyle shift from mediocre to more fabulous.
